These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of MyLifeOmeter.com, including our web app, mobile app, reminders, notifications, share features, and related services. By accessing or using MyLifeOmeter.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

MyLifeOmeter.com is a web and mobile service that helps users visualize time, life progress, milestones, relationships, perspectives, share images, and reminders. The service may generate reflective calculations, metaphors, projected dates, milestone views, product reminders, SMS notifications, and email communications based on user inputs and preferences.

Some features may be experimental or change over time. We may add, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

MyLifeOmeter is intended for users who can legally agree to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate account and profile information and to keep it reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly.

You may provide information such as your birth date, milestones, tracked dates, family or relationship information, pet information, preferences, reminder settings, and other optional profile data. This information is referred to here as your user content or user inputs.

You retain your rights to your own user content. You grant MyLifeOmeter a limited right and license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and use your user content solely as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you submit. Do not submit information you do not have the right to provide.

You agree not to misuse MyLifeOmeter or help anyone else misuse it.

• Do not use the service unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage the service.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, crawl, or misuse the platform except as allowed by law or written permission.
• Do not upload or submit harmful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or misleading content.
• Do not use reminders, messages, SMS notifications, or email communications in violation of law, carrier requirements, email platform rules, or communications provider policies.

Users can opt in to receive SMS reminders or notifications from MyLifeOmeter.com related to their account, reminders, and requested notifications. MyLifeOmeter may send one-time or recurring reminder/notification texts based on your settings.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You can get help by replying HELP or contacting support@mylifeometer.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and updating it if it changes. If you provide a phone number that is not yours or is no longer valid, you may cause messages to be sent to someone who did not request them, and you are responsible for that information.

You may receive transactional emails and reminder emails related to your MyLifeOmeter account, settings, security, service updates, and preferences. Product reminder emails are tied to your MyLifeOmeter account and reminder settings.

Where available, you can manage reminder preferences in the app. If MyLifeOmeter ever sends marketing or promotional emails, those messages may include additional unsubscribe or opt-out options. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and keeping it current.

MyLifeOmeter.com, including its branding, design, software, interface, features, generated layouts, and service content, is owned by MyLifeOmeter or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, lease, exploit, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Your user-generated content remains yours, subject to the limited operating license described in these Terms.

MyLifeOmeter perspectives, projections, reminders, life-expectancy-style outputs, and time metaphors are informational, reflective, and entertainment or productivity-oriented tools. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice.

You should not rely on MyLifeOmeter as a substitute for professional guidance. If you need medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, consult a qualified professional.

MyLifeOmeter outputs are based on user inputs, assumptions, generalized models, dates, and calculations. Projections, estimates, reminders, and perspective metaphors may not be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for every purpose.

MyLifeOmeter does not guarantee that reminder timing, projected milestones, calculations, estimated life progress, or app-generated perspectives will always be exact.

The service may be updated, interrupted, delayed, or unavailable from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain available. Features may be added, removed, changed, limited, or discontinued.

You may stop using MyLifeOmeter at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these Terms, abuse, security issues, legal reasons, risk to the service or other users, or operational reasons.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyLifeOmeter is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyLifeOmeter.com and its operators, owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or similar losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyLifeOmeter's total liability for any claim relating to the service or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid to MyLifeOmeter for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyLifeOmeter.com and its operators, owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement or rights violations arising from your user content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless a different venue is required by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a new effective date, unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of MyLifeOmeter after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
